Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.


Delivery Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all delivered goods for quantity, accuracy, and quality. Delivery charges are not refundable. We deliver using our own truck and driver, but we may elect to use a third party carrier service to deliver all or part of an order.

All deliveries are curbside only. Pallets will be left in a driveway or parking space belonging to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the material to be moved anywhere farther than the driveway or parking space. We do not offer delivery into the home.


Refund & Cancellation Policies


Advance Orders (excluding special orders, which may not be cancelled) may be cancelled prior to time of delivery or customer pick up subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of the sale, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and only full cartons and current dye lots are accepted. At the discretion of the merchant, refunds will be provided as a store credit or a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Please note there are NO RETURNS on bagged goods that are purchased.

The Customer must inspect all items prior to installation and the Customer will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the condition and quality of the materials in all respects by proceeding with installation.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all natural products such as marble, stone, wood, & medallions are sold “as- is” with all inherent faults/variations and as such there are no returns accepted for these items.
