Meet the Padron Family & Design Team
Founded in 1979 as a small carpet store on Belvedere Road, Padron Flooring was built on a simple idea: to help local families create beautiful spaces they would enjoy for years to come. In 1980, Marta met Robert when she visited the store as a customer—a chance encounter that would become the beginning of both a family and a business legacy.
Together, they grew the company and later moved to Forest Hill Boulevard, where Padron Flooring became a trusted name in the community. Over the years, we have had the privilege of helping transform countless homes and spaces—places where families gather, children grow up, milestones are celebrated, and memories are made. Those relationships with our customers have always been at the heart of what we do.
In the early 2000s, the business expanded beyond carpet and began importing tile, evolving into the premier flooring and design destination it is today. The next generation joined the family business soon after, with Alisa in 2005 and Danny in 2006. Today, Danny oversees inventory and imports, while Alisa leads product selection and customer experience.
Now located in Palm Springs, Padron Flooring proudly operates a 30,000 square foot design center featuring over 2,000 tile styles. Our passionate team of Design Consultants loves helping homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors find the perfect materials to bring their vision to life. They are here to elevate the design experience by providing expert guidance, answering questions, and creating a smoother, more enjoyable project journey. We also maintain a 100,000 square foot warehouse in Lake Worth Beach, where our products are fully stocked and ready for our customers. Our collection is imported directly from Italy and Spain, allowing us to offer exceptional quality and timeless design.
More than four decades later, Padron Flooring remains a family business rooted in hard work, trusted relationships, and the belief that great design helps create the spaces where life happens.

Lisette | SENIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT
Lisette has been working with Padron Flooring since 2004. She has a passion for working with residential clients to create an amazing transformation in their home that is part of their everyday life. Getting to know clients on a personal level helps to integrate their personal style into the design in their home.
Lisette’s off hours are spent boating in the area and spending time with her family (especially the kids’ sports). A rare native of West Palm Beach, Florida Lisette enjoys reading when her kids are asleep.
SUE | SENIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT
Sue has been working at Padron Flooring since 2007. She loves the detail of design. Sue works with both residential and commercial clients to reach their ideal aesthetic. Sue enjoys “getting excited with her clients” especially on the final touches of any project.
Happy, outgoing, honest and a free spirit, Sue looks forward to assisting client’s from a design concept to a finished project. During her personal time, Sue enjoys traveling, trips to the beach with friends and family. You may see her out at the latest local restaurants.
Cathy | Design Consultant
Working with Padron Flooring in Residential and Commercial areas, Cathy loves that her job fulfills her creative side. Dedicated to the customer from start to finish, Cathy strives to make the experience stress free for each individual client.
Cathy is committed to each project from start to finish which includes the design decisions all the way to efficient delivery. Cathy’s off time is spent boating, spending time with family and her dogs.

MAYELEXIS | DESIGN CONSULTANT
Growing up in a flooring family has given Mayelexis a natural ability to design spaces for clients that exceed their expectations.
Mayelexis loves listening to customers' needs in order to guide them in making the best decision for their home. When Mayelexis is not designing homes, she loves to spend time with her family and her dog Tyson.
Gisele | design consultant
Gisele's passion for architecture and interior design has always inspired her and she truly enjoys putting spaces together in a way that looks beautiful and feels inviting. She believes that a well-designed space can greatly enhance people's lives.
Friendly and patient with customers, Gisele always makes sure to listen to their needs and ideas and takes pride in building strong relationships with clients.

Elizabeth has grown up in the flooring industry, gaining the experience necessary to create elegant, seamless designs tailored to each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about understanding her clients to ensure every project is both functional and timeless.
