Meet the Padron Family & Design Team
ROBERT & MARTA PADRON
Founder of Padron Flooring in 1979. Padron has over forty (40) years of experience, he attributes his success to “Hard Work! Work Hard! Keep Working!” Mr. Padron is proud that his children continue to carry the legacy of integrity, respect and commitment to customer satisfaction while he enjoys playing with his grandchildren.
Marta’s first memory of Padron Flooring was meeting her husband, Robert. A close friend recommended the company to help Marta purchase carpeting for her parents’ home. Over thirty years later, Mrs. Padron watches the Padron grandchildren being filmed for the recent television ads and knows that all of the hard work was worthwhile.
Alisa Padron
Alisa has very fond memories as a child of hiding under the carpet samples with her brother and cousins, running out for Slurpees while her father worked the PFDC showroom. Padron Flooring and Design Center was a key part of Alisa’s upbringing not to mention her business savvy professional drive.
After finishing a business degree from Penn State, Alisa Padron returned home to her family’s flooring company in South Florida. Alisa now revels in developing the business from supply side to the customer experience.
Alisa fondly recounts the first time she developed a full product line and the container arrived at the PFDC showroom. Building the new location symbolized a renewal for the Padron Family as the second generation honors their father’s work and passion for the business.
Now, Alisa enjoys watching her own two children playing in the family business as she and her brother once did.
Daniel Padron
Having worked in his family’s company since 2006, Daniel remembers hiding and sleeping under the carpet sample racks at the original showroom in his childhood.
Daniel, a Northwestern graduate, now takes care that each customer has a personal experience at every step of the process from beginning to end. “I take it personally that the customers are treated the way we all want to be treated.”

Lisette | SENIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT
Lisette has been working with Padron Flooring since 2004. She has a passion for working with residential clients to create an amazing transformation in their home that is part of their everyday life. Getting to know clients on a personal level helps to integrate their personal style into the design in their home. Lisette’s off hours are spent boating in the area and spending time with her family (especially the kids’ sports). A rare native of West Palm Beach, Florida Lisette enjoys reading when her kids are asleep.
SUE | SENIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT
Sue has been working at Padron Flooring since 2007. She loves the detail of design. Sue works with both residential and commercial clients to reach their ideal aesthetic. Sue enjoys “getting excited with her clients” especially on the final touches of any project. Happy, outgoing, honest and a free spirit, Sue looks forward to assisting client’s from a design concept to a finished project. During her personal time, Sue enjoys traveling, trips to the beach with friends and family. You may see her out at the latest local restaurants.
Cathy | Design Consultant
Working with Padron Flooring in Residential and Commercial areas, Cathy loves that her job fulfills her creative side. Dedicated to the customer from start to finish, Cathy strives to make the experience stress free for each individual client. Cathy is committed to each project from start to finish which includes the design decisions all the way to efficient delivery. Cathy’s off time is spent boating, spending time with family and her dogs.
Karina | Design Consultant
With 10 years of experience in flooring, Karina enjoys assisting clients with both remodels and new construction. Karina has forged strong relationships with contractors in order to best assist them and their clients when making decisions for the homes. When not putting home designs together, Karina enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
MAYELEXIS | DESIGN CONSULTANT
Growing up in a flooring family has given Mayelexis a natural ability to design spaces for clients that exceed their expectations. Mayelexis loves listening to customers' needs in order to guide them in making the best decision for their home. When Mayelexis is not designing homes, she loves to spend time with her family and her dog Tyson.
MARIA | Design Consultant
Born and raised in Buenos Aries, Argentina, Maria was introduced to the tile industry at the age of 11. At 13, Maria became her father's installation assistant which led to being hired by a tile shop as their first bilingual design consultant. Maria enjoys helping clients create beautiful spaces while keeping up with the constantly changing trends in the design field. Maria is very patient and passionate As an empath, she feels emotionally connected to her clients and fully enjoys the process.
JENNEY | ACCOUNTING
Jenney has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance and plays a key role at PFDC in our accounting and finance department.
Her loyal and professional approach to assisting in the daily financial tasks for the business, as well as, for assisting in the financial side of purchasing special order items for clients helps us all give our client’s the personalized assistance to each and every customer.
